Shipping & Returns

We make all of our products lovingly by hand. We do our best to ship all orders as soon as they are received, but sometimes they just need a little extra care so please allow up to 3-5 business days for your online orders to ship. All orders ship FREE via USPS or UPS ground shipping. You will receive the tracking information via email as it is packaged. Feel free to email us with any questions, we love hearing from you! 

At this time we are unable to process international orders through our website. In the meantime, if you are interested in international shipping please email us at hello@packlightcandlecompany.com and we will do our best to make it happen!

Returns/Exchanges

Pack Light stands behind the quality and performance of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any part of your order, please contact us at hello@packlightcandlecompany.com. Due to the nature of our products, used and unused candles cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Damaged or Lost Order

If your order has been damaged or lost, please contact us with your order number at hello@packlightcandlecompany.com and we will get in contact with you. 

Photographic proof must be immediately provided via email to hello@packlightcandlecompany.com for damaged products.
